Subscription billing
bytxt is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing help@bytxt.co. Your site stays live until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, after which billing stops.
Refunds
Because the service is delivered continuously, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If something has gone wrong on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right — this is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
