1. Who we are
bytxt.co (“bytxt”, “we”, “us”) is a website building, editing and hosting service operated by AZUA Pty Ltd (ACN 699 084 323), Australia. By using bytxt you agree to these terms.
2. The service
bytxt builds and hosts a website for your business and lets you request changes to it by text message or email. We aim to apply requested changes promptly, but we don’t guarantee a specific turnaround and may decline requests that are unlawful, abusive, or outside the scope of the service.
3. Pricing & billing
bytxt is offered on a monthly subscription. Fees, billing cycle and what’s included are shown to you before you subscribe and are charged via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content, images and brand materials you provide. You confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to host and display them as part of your site.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use bytxt for unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content. We may suspend or remove a site that breaches this.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Liability
bytxt is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
